I am such a huge fan of making my son fun cool treats in the summer. I try to get creative in making something he can help me cook. So today I thought I would share a recipe of my own and a few of my favorite Ice Cream Creation.

Last weekend we got a little creative and make super yummy Oreo Pudding Pops. They are great to make with kids and kids LOVE them(adults do too). My son and I started by eating a few Oreos to make sure they were not stale….. yes, we just bought them that morning but you never know right? Basically, it was a really good excuse to have a cookie or 2.
Making Oreo Pudding Pops are so easy and very light on your wallet. It cost me less than $5. If you need more than 4 then just a few extra boxes of pudding, which is at the most $1. You will need to get popsicle sticks, Dixie cups or popsicle molds. If you get popsicle mold be sure to get the round enough for a whole cookie to fit in them .
1 box White Chocolate Instant Pudding
16 Oreo Cookies
2 cup Milk
6 Popsicle Sticks
6 Dixie Cups
Break up 10 Oreos into pieces. Add milk to pudding and stir to mix. Add Oreo pieces to pudding. Looks pretty yummy in the photo. You totally could just chill this and Oreo Pudding.
Put 6 Oreos in a food processor and crush. Put pudding mixture into cup and top with crushed Oreos. Place sticks in a cup and place in freezer for at least 4 hours. You can optionally also put crushed Oreos in bottom of cup before adding the pudding if desired. Once they have chilled pull them out of the freezer and Enjoy 🙂
